The woman. Rivas is a bilingual and bicultural, licensed clinical social worker who has more than 13 years of experience working in the sector of non-profit. She has worked in number of different settings, for example, working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people with substance abuse problems, sexual assault survivors, as well as partners who were abused.
